Amiable staff. Fab location. Stylish twin/double room with views of city. Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, a work desk and flat-screen TV. Location close enough to the Old Town, the main shopping street and the Piazza Dante.

The staff members were attentive and suggested local places. Great service and convenient location. the staff provided us with excellent recommendations and were very friendly. the location was easily accessible and convenient for exploring the city's historic district. the breakfast provided was good and the bathroom was beautiful.
Room could get a little noisy at night since the window overlooked a busy plaza. the noise from the square was sometimes disturbing.
